Radio Navigation Aids in Iceland - Enroute and for Landing (New 2021-05-25)
The use of GPS in aviation (RNAV, RNP) is increasing, in Iceland as elsewhere.
However, radio facilities are kept for standby and as complement,
notably NDBs, which are well suited for the long distances in Iceland.
I like sim-flying old-style using NDBs and ADF!
This web page lists many of the radio systems in Iceland.
