MENU1-buttons:
  In this sim you use buttons in bottom and top rows, mainly.
  Left and right side buttons are for tactical military sims. "Inop" here
  Buttons are numbered KN01-KN20 from top-left and clockwise.
  Here ordered by usefulness and left-right, top-down.

Bottom: select MFD display type:
- CADI (Combined Attitude/Direction/Speed/Alt Indicators) 
          = "PFD Primary Flight Display".
- HSI  (Horizontal Situation, NAV-source + Bearing & Range)
- MAP/TSD (Geographic Map / Tactical Situation Display)
- SP   (SteerPoint lists)
- SYS  (Engine, Hydraulic, Fuel, and Cautions)
      sub page FUEL, press button at "Fuel"!
Top:
- SMS  (Stores Management System)
- CNI  (Communication, Navigation, Identification main page)
- MENU2 has sub pages FAIL_TRAINING and CHECKLISTS. click MENU two times!
- STATUS (Aircraft Systems Status info.) with sub page STATUS2.
- FCS  (Flight Control System info., Surface config., Landing Gear config.)

inop - ETTS (Embedded Tactical Training System)
inop - FCR (Fire Control Radar)
inop - TGP (Targeting Pod)
inop - EWS (Electronic Warfare System)

inop - NDS  (Impact points and scoring data information in simulated A/G attacks)
